Everyone has a brother, uncle, cousin or aunt who can build them a website. Unfortunately it’s usually an afterthought or not their primary job, and the site is disappointing, if it ever gets done. This can cost a great deal in lost sales and frustrated customers.
There are others who make the entire process seem like magic or major surgery – something you can never hope to understand nor accomplish without their very expensive assistance.
The truth is somewhere in between. A good website doesn’t need to cost thousands, and it is not beyond your abilities, provided it is set up for your input and you are given the right information.
I believe it’s your site and you should understand it. Some people don’t want to get too involved, they just want someone they trust to create and manage it and when they choose me, it’s my highest compliment. But I also offer training, tech support and consulting for those who want to do it themselves.
No matter which route you take, the principles are the same. The site should be clear in its purpose, easy to navigate, offer meaningful fresh content with an obvious way to contact a knowledgeable human being.
Business is personal these days. People want to connect with other people. Voice mail and automation has its place, but never as a substitute for a real conversation.
That’s what I like, and that’s what I offer.
If you’re a new client, you can schedule a 20-minute no-cost consultation right now, and we can discuss how I can help with your website and marketing needs.
